Business systems & automation

CRM & Business Automation

I organize customer relationships and repeated operational work into a system people can follow. I start with the handoffs, missing context and decisions that your current tools make difficult.

What I can build for this scope

How I choose the technical approach

I map fields, ownership, access and triggers before adding automation. Existing CRM and ERP interfaces need an assessment of APIs and business rules; I do not claim established delivery on a specific ERP vendor without verification. Private client records remain outside public examples.

  1. Inputs and permissions
  2. Workflow and decisions
  3. Useful output and review
A conceptual flow for scoping, not a diagram of an existing deployment.

How I deliver the work

I map the current pipeline, define record ownership and next actions, build a representative workflow with sanitized data, then test transitions, permissions and reporting before agreeing a rollout.

Relevant work and its actual stage

Vexo CRM is live private client work with a deliberately sanitized portfolio description. ScoutFlow is a prototype that structures player records and transfer stages. Neither reference exposes confidential customer records.

Vexo CRM

Live

A private client CRM for a brand, focused on managing company relationships, opportunities and business operations more efficiently.

ScoutFlow

Prototype

A football transfer and scouting CRM designed to manage players through a structured transfer pipeline.

Practical questions

Must I replace my existing CRM?

No. I first inspect what already works and where the handoffs fail. The useful scope may be a connected form, a reporting view or a small automation around your current system.

How are private records handled during development?

I agree access and data-handling boundaries before implementation and use sanitized examples where possible. Production access, retention and migration requirements are scoped explicitly.

What testing and documentation are included?

I agree checks with the scope: key user journeys, data transitions, failure handling and relevant accessibility or device behavior. Handover documentation covers the agreed setup and operating needs; maintenance is scoped separately.
