How I choose the technical approach
React Native / Expo and PWA are direct-fit options for my delivery scope. A cross-platform app shares much of its code across Android and iOS; a PWA runs through the browser with supported installation and offline capabilities; native apps target a specific platform. Flutter and native Swift / SwiftUI / Kotlin / Java work require a specialist partner or competence verification before I commit to delivery.
How I deliver the work
I define the first mobile journey, prototype it on representative screen sizes, connect data and permissions, and test device behavior and failure states. Store submission, account ownership and release support are explicit scope decisions.

Zora is verified mobile and web experience. Its official website links to Zora Market listings on the App Store and Google Play. I do not attribute a particular framework to that work or expand my role beyond the documented client partnership.

Practical questions
Do I need a native app or a PWA?
I compare device APIs, offline needs, distribution, maintenance and the first user journey. A browser-based product may be sufficient; deep platform-specific behavior may justify native work and a specialist assessment.
Can you take over an existing app?
I review the repository, build process, dependencies and known defects first. I then propose a bounded improvement or maintenance scope, with specialist review where the existing stack requires it.
What testing and documentation are included?
I agree checks with the scope: key user journeys, data transitions, failure handling and relevant accessibility or device behavior. Handover documentation covers the agreed setup and operating needs; maintenance is scoped separately.
